Van Norris is a former collegiate athlete who has transitioned into the film industry where he displays a dedication to storytelling. Van values his collaboration with nationally recognized brands and creates opportunities for these brands to succeed. He started his career at Syracuse University as a Creative Producer with the Men's Basketball Program, merging sports media with creativity and passion.

While at Syracuse, Van helped increase the university's overall followers by nearly 500K through the use of integrated media and marketing stratagies. He currently holds the role of Post Production Manager for the Miami Dolphins and manages a variety of projects that elevate the Dolphin's content and development of the brand. With a unique approach to sport and creative execution, Van loves to harness his expertise to help tell stories, create opportunities, and support brands to become the best versions of themselves.

Van holds a BA in Sport Management from Aurora University. He implements his marketing and management knowledge to help him within his creativity.
